 Fellowship Dinner Schedule Fellowship Dinner Group Leaders:
The responsibilities for each group when it is your potluck week are as follows:
1. Make sure your team knows that it is your week. Attached is a schedule. Copy it for each of your team members and give them a reminder sometime during the week, or two, beforehand.
2. Make sure that the tables are set up, preferably by sunset on Friday, with tablecloths and chairs. FLAG camp counselors will put up tables & chairs after FLAG Camp on Friday during the summer. 3. Set the tables with cups and water pitchers. 4. Set the plates, plasticware, napkins and food out on tables. 5. Have prayer before the meal.
6. Dismiss tables as you see fit. It is nice to invite visitors to come to the head of the line. Remember to greet our visitors and make them feel welcome! 7. Wash tablecloths before putting them away. 8. Make sure that food is put away and any dirty dishes that belong to the church are washed and put away before leaving. 9. Make sure that all the stoves, ovens, lights, water heater, etc. are turned off before leaving. 10. If you notice that we are getting low on any supplies, please write it on the note on the door in the supply closet. Thank you. Group #1 Group #2
